What is SBC Skincare's Subscribe & Save programme?

SBC Skincare's Subscribe & Save programme lets you receive regular deliveries of your favourite products at a discounted price, so you never run out.

How do I join SBC Skincare's Subscribe & Save programme?

It's easy:

  1. Select an eligible Subscribe & Save product.
  2. Choose your delivery frequency (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks).
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details.
  4. That's it! Your products will be delivered automatically according to your chosen schedule.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time. Simply log in to your SBC Skincare account and select Manage Subscriptions.

How often will I receive my product(s)?

Choose the schedule that suits your routine: every 4, 8 or 12 weeks. You can adjust your delivery frequency at any time through your account.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Do I receive a discount on the product(s) I have subscribed to?

Yes. You'll automatically receive 20% off the RRP of every product included in your Subscribe & Save subscription.

When will payment be taken from my card?

Payment will be taken on the day your subscription is due (Monday to Friday). If your payment date falls on a weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.

Are all SBC Skincare products included in the Subscribe & Save programme?

No. Subscribe & Save is currently available on selected products only, with more products being added over time.

Will my subscription price ever change?

We'll always give you at least 30 days' notice before any price changes. Your current subscription price will remain in place until then.

Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

Yes. Log in to your account to pause, skip or reschedule your next delivery up to 48 hours before it's due to be dispatched.



Where can I find my Subscribe & Save account login?

You can manage your subscription through your SBC Skincare account. Simply log in and select Manage Subscriptions.

How do I change the products in my subscription?

Log in to your SBC Skincare account and select Manage Subscriptions to add, swap, change or remove products before your next billing date.

What if a product in my subscription is out of stock?

We'll let you know in advance and offer a comparable alternative or the option to skip that item. You won't be charged for any products you don't receive.

Do the Subscribe & Save prices change during a promotion?

No. Your Subscribe & Save discount is fixed at 20% off the RRP and does not change in line with promotional or sale prices.

What if I'm not happy with a product?

Our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.

How do I update my payment card?

Log in to your SBC Skincare account, select Manage Subscriptions, choose the subscription you'd like to update, and edit your payment details.

When will I receive my free Subscribe & Save gifts?

You’ll receive a free gift with your 2nd, 4th, 7th and 10th subscription orders.

If I cancel my subscription, then subscribe again, will I still receive the free gifts?

Yes. However, if you start a new subscription, your gift schedule will restart from the beginning. You’ll receive your free gifts with your 2nd, 4th, 7th and 10th orders on your new subscription.

Will you ever change or discontinue the Subscribe & Save programme offers?

We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the Subscribe & Save programme at any time. Where appropriate, we'll communicate any significant changes in advance.
