All white and frosted bottles are recyclable. Please check with your local recycling, and do not recycle if they require to be washed.

I've been using this for years and the most recent purchase was for my partners mum as she has sensitive skin that is easily damaged. She loves it as it requires the lightest touch to rub in, is non-sticky and is helping her bruises to heal quicker.

I've used this Arnica gel for over 15 years and it still has the same pain relieving results. I suffer from restless legs and as soon as I massage the gel on to my legs they relax and I can sleep peacefully. My husband uses it on his back and although it doesn't take the pain away it does relax the muscles.

I have used Arnica Gel for about 14 months now, and it has helped me a great deal, in that my lower legs were constantly swollen, and my prescription moisturiser was not making any difference, but after a week or two of using the Arnica Gel, the swelling improved. I have continued to use it, and the swelling has stayed down !
