Our aim is to process your order within 5 working hours of confirmation, subject to stock availability and security checks. For mainland UK orders, goods should normally be received within 2-3 working days. Orders outside the UK should normally be received within 10 working days.
Delivery is charged per order for all mainland UK addresses at a rate determined in accordance with your choice of delivery method. Delivery charges vary for overseas orders and are confirmed prior to you clicking submit on the final page of the ordering process. Products are subject to availability and HBD Europe Ltd will endeavour to supply the products ordered by you in a timely manner. In the event that HBD Europe Ltd is unable to supply any requested Product, HBD Europe Ltd shall inform you of this as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative Product of equal type, quality and value to the Product you ordered. Alternatively you can request HBD Europe Ltd refund the cost of such Product.
In the event that a particular Product is out of stock we will notify you within 7 days to confirm which Product is out of stock. You will then be given the option to receive a refund for the out of stock Product and the remainder of your order will be despatched, or exchange the out of stock Product for a Product that is in stock. If the out of stock Product is exchanged for another Product of greater value, the difference will need to be paid by you before despatch. If the out of stock Product is exchanged for another Product of less value, the difference will be refunded to the card used for payment of the same order. We will not despatch your order, including any Products that are in stock, until you have confirmed if you would like a refund of the out of stock Product, or exchange it for a different Product that is in stock. Any delay in delivery of the Products not occasioned by a Force Majeure event (as defined below) shall not entitle you to terminate or rescind an order for Products unless such delay exceeds 30 days.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
For delivery outside of the European Union, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is payable by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs authority for more information.
In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to your failure to pay any customs or other charges or there being no body present to accept delivery on two attempted delivery occasions, HBD Europe Ltd shall not deliver your order and shall refund you the price of the products ordered less any cost incurred by HBD Europe Ltd in attempting to deliver.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF YOUR ORDER:
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Our confirmation of your order shall constitute a binding contract between you and HBD Europe Ltd.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The United Kingdom’s Consumer Contract Regulations (June 2014) provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Customer Care, HBD Europe Ltd, Williamsport Way, Lion Barn Industrial Estate, Needham Market, Suffolk, IP6 8RW, United Kingdom, or email us with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the product(s), you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the product(s) to us, including any Free Product(s) included with your order (with the exception of Samples of 8mls or less), you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled product(s) once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
16 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In addition to the above, we also offer a 16 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 16 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please call Customer Care on 01449 727000 who will issue you a returns number. Simply return the item unused in its original packaging, together with any Free Product(s) sent with the order (with the exception of Samples of 8mls of less, which you may keep), quoting the returns number you have been given, to the address shown below. Once the item(s) have been received, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us. If you choose to keep your Free Gift, we will deduct the RRP of that item from your refund.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call Customer Care on 01449 727070 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact Customer Care on 01449 727070 first and we will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
